Adelyn Lee Ho, Phang Sze Yan, Vikki Loh, Yuen Leng
We are the responsible and reputable founders of Boulangerie Cakehouse.
With our utmost dedication and efforts in our school assignment, we made wonders and now,
Boulangerie Cakehouse is one of the most established bakery in history.
We make decisions and choices with trust and respect for one another and decide what is best for the customers to let them have a taste of our pure blood and sweat work.
Adelyn Lee Ho, is responsible for bringing the blogshop and making the franchises a reality till today, while achieving and maintaining the company goals.
Phang Sze Yan, an experienced well renowned chef with over 10 years of baking experience manages the baking department by maintaining and innovating recipes of the basic cakes to delicious ones that are breath taking.
Vikki Loh, plays an important role in maintaining balance of the financial department and also maintaining the facilities and training the employees to have a better managing system. Boulangerie Cakehouse is grateful for having her for our tedious quality control.
Yuen Leng, dedicates her time in creating wonderful logos and slogans and she is liable in creating the promotional activities like having charity sales and also corporate responsibilities. She also handles the marketing department which involves sales planning and strategic marketing skills.
